SHIPPING RATES

Standard UK Shipping Rates:

All parcels for STANDARD delivery within the United Kingdom are sent via DPD Classic Service for large orders or via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service for smaller orders. Shipping rates are charged based on a flat rate of  £30 per order. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. Shipping is FREE for all orders over £100 within the United Kingdom. Please not that additional shipping charges to Northern Ireland apply.

 

If your order has been returned to our Warehouse as it was not collected from the Royal Mail post office within the specified time frame, your order will be refunded less the postage fees.

Please note you are solely responsible for providing the correct delivery address when you place your order and we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. 

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

For all orders received before 12pm Monday - Friday, we will dispatch your order same day and for orders received after 12pm they will be dispatched next business day from our Warehouse in Shrewsbury. Your order tracking number will be emailed to you once released by DPD/Royal Mail. This can take up to 24 hours after dispatching from our Service Centre. Delivery times will vary based on location. For any special delivery requirements, please state this in the delivery notes at checkout.
